Welcome to Peaceful Valley Maple Farms!

Peaceful Valley Maple Farms is a family-run maple operation in Johnstown, New York, established in 1986 by Steve Savage. The farm manages approximately 25,000 taps across 400 acres in Fulton, Montgomery, and Otsego counties, producing maple syrup using traditional wood-fired evaporators. 

The farm's offerings include pure maple syrup in various grades, maple cream, maple candy, and specialty syrups such as bourbon barrel-aged and infused varieties.  These products are available for purchase online and at the on-site farm store.

Peaceful Valley Maple Farms also operates a seasonal, family-style restaurant serving all-you-can-eat breakfasts on weekends and Friday dinners from mid-September through Father's Day. 

The farm is certified under the New York State Grown & Certified program, reflecting its commitment to food safety and environmental stewardship.
