Welcome to St. Croix Farm!

At St. Croix Farm we believe that pasturing our animals on fresh grass is better for our farm, better for our animals and better for our customers.  Our grass-fed beef and pastured poultry products are available for purchase right from our regenerative farm in Valley Falls, along with pork products and holiday turkeys raised by our neighbor RuBen Hill Farm in Schaghticoke.  

All products are vacuum sealed, flash frozen and USDA inspected and the freezer is stocked year-round.  Individual sales are always welcome and we offer a CSA membership program where customers pick up on a regular basis, which can be pay-as-you-go or prepaid for a discount.
